sh minerals GmbH is one of the most important suppliers of fillers and grains in Europe. Sh minerals is part of the medium-sized group of companies Schön + Hippelein. They supply fillers and grains made of calcium carbonate (limestone) and dolomite from 5 group-owned locations in Germany. Special lightweight fillers, and flame retardants complete their product range.

The high purity of up to 99 % calcium carbonate content enables us to serve many different fields of application with an excellent quality. sh_easypores® P und PH

sh_easypores® P and PH are extremely light, dry lightweight aggregates of volcanic origin that are refined into high-purity granulates using a precise grinding and sieving process. They are ideal as functional aggregates in construction chemical systems - from paints and mortars to specialised industrial applications. With their low carbon footprint, they combine technical performance with sustainability.

Multi cellular lightweight fillers

sil-cell®

sil-cell® hollow spheres are multi-cellular hollow spheres made of expanded volcanic rock. They are predominantly composed of spherical ("honeycomb structure") and flaky particles. This results in higher bond strengths than conventional hollow microspheres. A major advantage is the bright white colour of the sil-cell® types, which makes "colouristics" easier.
